Galaxy Light provides users with a frame-type compact structure host with finite element analysis and optimization design, which is light in weight, high in strength, and high in spindle power. It can complete the processing of high hardness materials at high speed and efficiency. Generally, the 1:1 lathe model can be processed within 40 hours (one rough milling, cutter pitch 15-18mm; one fine milling, cutter pitch 3-5mm).

Flexible selection of processing methods
Galaxy Light series light clay model milling machine can provide two processing modes: five-axis linkage and five-axis three-axis linkage (3+2 axis).
Among them, five-axis linkage can realize the linkage and full-automatic processing of X, Y, Z, A and B axes: during processing, the machining head automatically swings, the tool always follows the normal direction of the machined surface, and realizes the stepless rotation of A and B axes, with excellent fit; The subsequent processing can be completed continuously with a single tool setting, and the processing process is smooth without pause, providing the operator with a comfortable experience of fully automatic processing.
Five-axis three-linkage mode (3+2 axes) provides the operator with a 15-degree and one-index adjustment mode of A and B axes, which can be adjusted manually according to the processing needs, and after the adjustment, implement tool setting again, and finally process; The processing method of 3+2 axis is still efficient and provides users with more economical solutions.

Space error compensation and high-precision operation guarantee
