Rapid evaluation and calibration of robot performance
RPM&DH software developed by API is used for the performance evaluation and calibration of industrial robots. With Radian laser tracker, it can quickly evaluate the performance indicators of industrial robots in the moving space and implement compensation. The certification module of the software is designed around the ISO9283 standard to maximize the efficiency and accuracy of the operation process.
In use, API's Radian series high-precision laser tracker is used to visually measure and analyze the robot's position, path accuracy, repeatability, temperature deviation, excessive adjustment and other key parameters in the software.
The set of software includes two modules. RPM module smoothly cooperates with laser tracker to measure and collect robot performance indicators; DH module is used for Robot Calibration guidance, providing a friendly and easy-to-operate human-computer interface to assist users in robot calibration and performance control.

Dynamic 9D lidar (9D LADAR)
API Dynamic 9D lidar adopts optical frequency domain interferometry (OFCI), which is the world's first lidar equipment based on laser interferometry and capable of non-contact measurement. It has extremely high measurement accuracy and extraordinary measurement efficiency, and can quickly capture workpiece size and surface geometric data.

The 9D laser radar provides measurement accuracy of micron level, data acquisition rate of 20kHz, and is not easy to be affected by external environment during measurement, effectively avoiding the problems such as large influence of material reflectivity, limited range of incidence angle, and susceptibility to environmental noise in the use of conventional laser radar.

The 9D lidar provides X, Y, Z, I, J, K data for each generated cloud point, as well as R, G, B color data, allowing the scanning data to be directly imaged on the camera image; The provision of color scan data can effectively identify and separate features such as contrast, surface vector and surface roughness, which is more abundant and more convenient than standard 3D point cloud data.

API dynamic 9D lidar is compact in design and easy to operate. Users can easily carry it to the measurement site, load it on tripod, industrial robot, guide rail, gantry coordinate and other equipment and facilities in a variety of installation ways, and realize rapid setting and automatic measurement.
Rapidscan fast scanning measurement system
Rapidscan optical fast scanner can be installed at the end of industrial robot to complete high-precision automatic scanning operation. It can provide a super-high scanning rate of millions of points per second, greatly reducing the cost of measurement time, and can be easily applied to the scanning operation of high reflection and high contrast on the workpiece surface.

Rapidscan optical fast scanner can also form an SFIS intelligent factory measurement system with Radian high-precision laser tracker. The laser tracker can be used to make real-time accurate positioning for Rapidscan, while ensuring the high accuracy and efficiency of the scanning operation.

The mScan laser scanner under API adopts the working mode of blue cross laser to generate a point cloud at the speed of 200000 points per second, providing an accurate and efficient solution for workpiece scanning.
The advantage of mScan is that it can be integrated into the automatic measuring unit, completely replacing the traditional manual scanning operation, and providing great convenience for repetitive workpiece inspection.

In addition, mScan can also be applied to workshop quality control, and combined with API intelligent analysis software to realize production process monitoring and analysis, providing data support for further optimization and improvement of production process.
