The modern manufacturing industry has put forward higher and higher requirements for the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools. Machine tool manufacturers can rarely detect and measure all 21 geometric errors in actual production applications. For the verification of the spatial position accuracy of the machine tool, the national standard recommends the method of rapid measurement of the four body diagonals formed by the maximum stroke in the three directions of the machine tool operation. This method can accurately reflect the geometric accuracy of the machine tool and provide theoretical guidance for the compensation of the spatial position error.
